I approach therapy from an attachment-based psychodynamic perspective which gives consideration to both your past and present. I also use some elements of cognitive behavioral therapy. Additionally, I have completed advanced training in Somatic- and Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (S.A.F.E. EMDR) therapy which is an integrative psychotherapy approach, useful for addressing trauma among other concerns.
I have an interpersonal process group currently available for those interested in group therapy. The group meets weekly on Thursday mornings from 8:05 to 9:35, and the group is co-led by my partner/husband, Zach Bryant, Ph.D. (www.zachbryant.com.)
